Once we have been out to look round and value your property, and you have decided whether you would like your property Managed or Non-Managed, we will either post out the relevant forms for you to fill in, or you can click the links below them to fill them in and email them to us.

Deposit Protection (this gives you the option of which government scheme you would like to use to protect your deposit. By law, every deposit must be protected by a government approved scheme)
